Combining the company's ESG philosophy and team building activities, the team building activities range from "beach cleaning" to "sea waste collage", connecting people with people, people with land, and people with businesses.
Customer Needs
Sartorius has been planning ESG team activities every year in order to fulfill its corporate social responsibility. As the epidemic passed, the team finally had the opportunity to go out and work together, re-establishing relationships between people and allowing the whole company to practice environmental sustainability.
Lok Chun Wan Method
Practicing Sustainability--
We arranged a beach cleaning activity at Chuk Wai Fishing Harbor, where we cleaned and dried the waste materials we collected in preparation for tomorrow's collage activity. Through practical actions, we conveyed our commitment to environmental sustainability.
Sustainability Team Building--
Regarding the puzzle, we chose to draw a pattern that matches the company's philosophy, and at the same time, we left a large blank space for the team to discuss and express themselves freely. This not only shows the unique style of the company, but also realizes the power of teamwork. Each member of the team has the opportunity to leave his or her own mark on the blank space, and together they create a painting full of rich imagery.
Results and Feedback
Milestone: Pick up nearly 100 kilograms of garbage, including man-made waste such as floating sea waste!
The Day
"How easy it is to give up. Isn't that why we have clean beaches?" --Sartorius.
At the site, two of Sardoris' partners dug for two hours to lift plastic trash buried in the sand, while a sidekick encouraged them to pick up the plastic bottles that were clearly visible on the beach.
However, they insisted, "It's not easy to give up. Isn't that why we are here?" In this moment, I think the meaning of a sustainable team and the entrepreneurial spirit of Sartorius were perfectly demonstrated.
