In order to promote the interaction and communication between colleagues of different projects and to share each other's working experience, CHENGXI regularly organizes Team Building activities every year to cultivate team cohesion and convey the corporate philosophy.
Lok Chun Wan Method
Simple ice-breaker, easy cohesion
At the beginning of the event, because of the cross-project division, the team members were not in contact with each other. However, after the two warm-up activities in the Fun Bay, the team members gradually started to call each other by name, and were able to divide up the work within the team in a warm manner. At this moment, everyone is no longer just a project manager, but a team member who creates together, reorganizing each other's ideas through discussion and division of labor.
Integration of Corporate Philosophy
Since 1993, Chengxi Information Technology has been developing its business with CRM as the core, and has gradually become the largest system integrator of customer contact centers in China. However, they have also been insisting on doing the work of value, assisting customers to control the methodology and achieve their goals, so that the people of Chengxi and Chengxi's partners can "create" value and beauty together.
In this event, Lok Fu Wan planned with customers to start from "creating an ideal customer service working environment", combined with Ching Hei's corporate philosophy of "Love, Newness, Diligence, Sincerity" and "ESG Corporate Sustainability", and allowed partners to create a fantasy or future customer service environment in their mind. Although the idea was abstract, the partners gradually utilized LEGO to present what they had in mind in the process of discussion and sorting out the ideas.
Results and Feedback
"Though the forms of expression are different, our love is the same."
Interestingly and warmly, it was observed that each group of partners had different presentations of the ideal customer service world, but all presented the company's core value of "love" in a concrete way. Starting with love for oneself, expanding to partners, family members, coworkers, and customers, it is expected that each partner will take action to put the belief in love into practice, giving customers warm and firm beliefs, and gaining the trust of customers. It also demonstrates that Cheng Xi Information partners believe that customer service is not an SOP process, but a warm and sincere message.
