Customer Needs
Facing members from different Coach stores and counters across Taiwan, we hope that through the two-day and one-night activities, we can build up a tacit understanding with each other. Through the design of the activities in Fun Bay, first-time partners were able to get acquainted with and trust each other quickly, and unite the team's common vision and power of action.

Tandem Meeting × Puzzle Mission × Brand Dinner
On the afternoon of the first day, after the tightly packed annual meeting, the team entered the Fun Bay-designedReal World Puzzle MissionIn the evening, a branding dinner was organized to allow everyone to communicate in a relaxed atmosphere and to link up the main axis of teamwork.
This was the first time for almost all of the participants to meet each other. Lok Fu Wan has designed two different ways to break the ice:
1. By shouting the name combined with action solitaire, create a lively atmosphere, especially suitable for store managers and reserve cadres such as a strong driving force of the group, quickly heat up the atmosphere.
2. Creative self-introductions with "adjectives + nouns" help each other quickly memorize characteristics and establish initial understanding and the first level of connection.
Five Challenges × Brand Spirit
Simulate organizational challenges:
Sandbox Confrontation: A strategy exercise in a simulated battlefield, where teams are required to quickly formulate a battle plan to strengthen their tactical communication and logical thinking.
Guess the winner.The challenge is to make a judgment in a very short period of time, and to compete with intuition and observation in an unpredictable duel, which is the ultimate challenge of on-the-spot decision-making.

Finally, the "COACH King Quiz" was skillfully integrated into the corporate culture, guiding partners to deepen their understanding and recognition of the brand's philosophy in the fun challenge.
Results and Feedback
Significantly improved team integration
At the beginning, we didn't know each other, so the discussion was always quiet and careful. However, as the task unfolded, everyone gradually got into the situation, and gradually some people took the initiative to speak out, exchanged glances, took the initiative to cooperate, and cooperated in the battle. The team began to be able to naturally divide up the work, make quick decisions, and fill in each other's positions to remind them of the tempo, as if they had been working together for a long time.
In the challenge of real-world puzzles, they not only pass the hurdles together, but also find the tacit understanding and rhythm of the team in the discussion and attempts, and silently build up the sense of trust: I know the team will catch me.
Deepening the brand vision
By incorporating the brand's vocabulary through game-like quizzes and tasks, partners not only get to know each other, but also develop a practical understanding of and commitment to the brand's vision. The assignment also observed the team's behavioral characteristics and interaction styles in non-routine situations, valuable information that can be used as a reference for talent potential assessment and team deployment in the future.
