The global market environment has changed dramatically, and Edrington Taiwan is facing the pressure of limited high-end consumption and channel operation. However, Edrington has always been committed to its brand values and has not responded to the challenge by lowering prices, but rather by stabilizing its position in the market through superior quality. The core objective of this event is not only to unite the team and stimulate creativity, but also to facilitate cross-departmental cooperation and create a positive attitude towards the future.

Translating the core spirit of a brand into visual language
Through value exploration and participant feedback, participants were able to gain a deeper understanding of Eddington's brand ethos prior to creation.
Teamwork Collage Creation
The partners were divided into groups to complete their own canvases, and through teamwork, communication, and color adjustments, they were able to create a harmonious visual presentation of the collage.
Interaction and Reflection
During the creation process, the facilitator guided each group of partners to share the creative concept of the blank space, to further deepen the core spirit of the brand and enhance the team's consensus.

During the event, the partners transformed "Mutual Respect, Giving Back, Integrity, Excellence" into artistic creations, so that the brand concept not only stays in words, but also becomes a visualization of the totem.
