When LEGO is not just an activity, but a medium for team transformation.
✅ Core Design Philosophy|Explore the Five Capabilities of Change with Activities
- Innovative Thinking|Each piece of LEGO represents the process of transforming creativity into practical value.
- sense of mission|In the face of "change" and "task reorganization", leaders need to make effective decisions and show their influence when facing challenges.
- Agile Response|Lego work matching, human resource matching, and simulation of internal adjustment of the company.
- Cross-Departmental Integration|Constructing "LEGO Bridges" to realize the smooth collaboration of the team in spite of the change of functions.
- Organizational Culture|From individual creation to the joint construction of a "blueprint for the future", the spirit of ONE TEAM is realized.
Meanwhile, with the theme of "Building the Future with Liners", the event started with a variety of group challenges to bring the groups closer together and build up initial trust and communication. During the process, variations of tasks were arranged, such as the "Pairing of Works", which allowed the groups to continue to work with each other and challenged their ability to think outside the box and make adjustments on the spot.
What's more, a "member transfer" session was designed to simulate a high-level change in the organization, so that participants could reposition themselves under the new team structure, forge consensus and further deepen their practical skills in leadership and collaboration.
These designs not only bring the team closer together, but also stimulate creativity and improvisation, allowing team learning and growth to happen naturally in a fun way.
