In order to celebrate the 30th anniversary of SHANGHAI GROUP, we would like to let the working partners of the Group, who are from different business units and departments, to communicate with each other through the activities planned by Fun Bay, so that they can become more familiar with each other's work and know more about the corporate philosophy, and look forward to the unity of all of them to move forward.
Lok Chun Wan Method
Incorporation of Corporate Philosophy
On the canvas, Lok Fu Wan designed a series of graphics representing the company's future development and vision. Through the activity, Lok Fu Wan guided its partners to further understand the company's future development, stimulated the creativity of the participants, and strengthened their sense of belonging to the company.
Water Resources
During the collage activity, each group had to change the pen wash constantly to ensure that their paintings were clean and tidy. To save on water waste, Fun Bay planned a challenge in which groups were encouraged to use lighter to darker colors in order to reduce the number of pen wash changes. At the end of the day, the group that changed the pen shampoo fewer times won a special prize.
Results and Feedback
"Once we started to notice that the same colors could be used over and over again, we didn't need to change the pen wash as often, which saved resources and allowed the team to win."
The concepts of cherishing water resources and reducing water pollution introduced in the activity made it necessary for the team to communicate more diligently with each other to maximize the use of paints. Although there were some inconveniences in the process, it also made the partners of the SHANGHAI Group deeply understand that the spirit of sustainability is not a simple matter, and it is often in conflict with convenience and speed. However, when we achieved our goal, the partners were able to better feel the importance of sustainability, and the fun of the event was also realized. Through the design of this event, we have realized the demand for ESG of the SHK Group.
