Setting team goals will be discussed with you prior to the event, for example: Breaking through existing frameworks, enhancing teamwork, and improving communication effectiveness....etc., so that team members have a clear direction and goals in the activities. Incorporate goals into activities, design tasks and challenges, and realize the goals in the process.
Guide team members to conduct timely **Reflection and discussion.** The review of the experience of the event and the linking of the goals and experiences, as well as the summary and discussion of the event, will lead to a closer relationship between the team members and strengthen the relationship between the team members and their partners. **Team Cohesion-** Teams will also be able to build a solid foundation for the team to achieve their goals and objectives.
To ensure proper and efficient distribution of tasks, we propose to limit the number of people in each group to between 6 and 10.
For the sake of environmental protection, LeBay can assist in purchasing carton water or delivering tea-bucket ice products so that participants can bring environmentally friendly cups for serving.
We will provide all the necessary cleaning utensils, including gloves, trash bags, pick-up clips, etc. Partners do not need to bring their own.
The event must be postponed in the event of heavy rain, thunderstorms, typhoons, earthquakes, floods, or other special natural disasters that affect safety. In case of light rain, the event will continue as usual. However, considering that rainy days may affect the event experience, you may choose to postpone the event to a rainy day or implement the rainy day plan.
Dangerous objects such as broken glass and syringes can easily be found on the beach. It is recommended that you wear long pants, boots or overshoes to avoid being stabbed by sharp objects, and to make it easier to walk on the beach or along the riverbank. Also, bring sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses to protect yourself from the sun.
Sometimes there is not much trash on the beach because the waves and tides carry most of the trash away, or because the local community and volunteers are active in cleaning it up. Even if you don't have much trash, you can still participate in beach cleanups. Through this activity, we can better understand the importance of the marine environment and raise public awareness of environmental issues.
All beaches in Taiwan can be cleaned, but depending on the state of the sea, we will suggest a few beaches that are more suitable.
We will provide you with a proposed location based on your needs. Once the MOU is signed, all application processes will be completed as well as end-of-life trash removal.
We will select beaches or rivers with public restroom facilities for our activities.
We will endeavor to choose venues with fixed shade tents or nearby buildings to facilitate gathering at the start of the event and placement of personal belongings. However, as most beaches or rivers are open spaces and may not provide adequate shade, participants are advised to prepare their own sun protection.
Safety is our top priority. Safety instructions will be given prior to the start of the program, including how to properly pick up trash, avoid contact with hazardous materials, and first aid in case of an emergency. In addition, all participants are advised to maintain visual and auditory contact between team members at all times.
