Groups of 6 people are recommended to split up before the event.
Each team will attach a company logo or mascot or an official copy (A4 size) of the designated artwork, and we will prepare relevant sample instruction cards.
If your company has a brand color, please provide the Pantone color number.
Your company’s conference room, a hotel banquet hall, or an outdoor space—all are suitable as long as there are tables, chairs, and easy access to water for washing.(Laundry)The places that are available.
The ink used for printing is a water-based paste, so don't worry about spraying it around. We will still put protective mats on the table, floor and screen washing area to avoid dirtying the meeting space.
