FAQ

Team-building dragon boat activities can be booked all year round, but as the peak season for dragon boats is before the Dragon Boat Festival, it is advisable to book two months in advance.

A dragon boat can carry 18 paddlers. It is recommended to divide the rowers into groups in the company, with a balanced ratio of boys and girls in each group, and then the on-site coaches will make slight adjustments according to the situation.

Our Team Building team dragon boat is designed for teams with no prior experience in dragon boat paddling. The national team coaches teach the paddles themselves, give safety instructions, and get you up to speed quickly and to the safest standards.

Except for heavy rain, thunder, and special natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes, and floods that make it impossible to hold dragon boat activities, it is still possible to hold activities in the rain, and there is no reason why the activities cannot be held and canceled. In case of rain, we will provide each person with a lightweight rain jacket, and dragon boat activities in the rain will also add different fun to the event.

Every participant is required to wear a life jacket of appropriate size before entering the water. During the activity, the instructor is on the side of the safety guard, if you accidentally fall into the water, you just need to float on the river surface and wait for rescue.

Yes, but it is recommended to use a waterproof bag and hang it with a lanyard to prevent it from accidentally falling into the water.

We are sorry to say that we do not provide flag-capturing service on the dragon's head because flag-capturing requires professional training and there is a possibility of falling into the water, and because we must ensure the safety of all participants in Dragon Boat Racing.

We recommend wearing lightweight clothing and bringing a change of clothes to change into after the program.

Wear sunglasses and a hat. Wear shorts or sweatpants, and avoid cotton pants, jeans, skirts, and slacks.

We provide one bottle of 600ml mineral water per person during the event, which can be carried onto the dragon boat to stay hydrated at all time.

The places where dragon boat activities can be organized are:

  1. Bitan Scenic Area, Xindian District, New Taipei City (Morning only)
  2. New Taipei City Luzhou District Breeze Canal
  3. Dongshan River, Wujie Township, Yilan County, Taiwan (R.O.C.)
  4. Yilan City, Yilan County, Taiwan (R.O.C.)

We are sorry that we are unable to implement dragon boat activities in other venues due to the storage of event equipment, coaching arrangement and water insurance policy.
