We recommend that you group your team according to the goals and needs that they have established.
You can organize your team by department or combine members from different departments to facilitate cross-departmental communication and collaboration. Typically, it is recommended that each group be set up with around 10 people, so that the team is close-knit and each member can realize his or her full potential.
Suggested locations for the event are an indoor dance studio, or the Stage Theater; other desired locations for the event can be further discussed.
