Groups can be split up before the event starts. Each group consists of 5~8 people. 5-8People.
It is recommended to set up a theme according to the team building objectives, which can incorporate the core values of the company, corporate philosophy, products and services, and other elements.
The event can be held in your company’s meeting room or at a suitable venue, such as a conference center or hotel banquet hall. Since the event will be conducted in small groups, essential equipment like a projector and microphone is required. The venue will be organized into different functional areas, including a creation zone, a Lego pool, a display area, and a photo zone.
To ensure seamless execution, a pre-event site survey will be conducted to assess the venue and plan based on its specific conditions. This preparation ensures that everything runs smoothly, allowing participants to enjoy the creative process in a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere.
