You can organize your team by department, or mix members from different departments to promote cross-departmental communication and collaboration. Typically, it is recommended that each group be set up with about 10 people, so that the number of people can strike a balance between team beach and sea scrapping, and allow each member to realize his or her full potential.

Unless there is a special report of heavy rain, thunderstorms or special natural disasters such as typhoons, earthquakes or floods that affect the safety of the event, the event can still be held even if it rains and will not be canceled as a result.

For the sake of environmental protection, LeBay can assist in purchasing carton water or delivering tea-bucket ice products so that participants can bring environmentally friendly cups for serving.

The program takes at least six hours, not including transportation and meal time. Groups can choose to complete the course in one day or split it into two days.

We split the project into two parts: collecting reusable sea waste resources from the clean beach, and then going to a suitable site nearby to do the sea waste painting, from the collection of materials to the completion of the artwork, the team members can get a great sense of achievement from it!

The location will be determined by the need for beach cleanup and the convenience of your group. We will assist you in choosing the right beach and location for your sea scrap collage.

We will be looking for suitable beach-cleaning locations, and there will be restrooms on-site, but since open outdoor beaches or rivers usually lack shade. Therefore, depending on the number of participants, we will provide an appropriate number of tents for resting and storing belongings.

We will provide all the necessary materials, including tools for collecting marine debris, tools for cleaning paintings, tools for creating paintings and canvases, etc., so that our colleagues do not need to prepare them by themselves.

All the materials used in the course were hand-picked and picked up by all the participants. Through the concept of recycling, the participants were inspired to create their own artworks, learn about environmental protection through the crafting process, and discuss a story with the group members to share the concepts and insights with the group at the end of the course.
