What does Orienteering bring to a team?

Rapid decision-making
Faced with uncertain terrain and obstacles, teams must quickly assess the situation and make the best choice. Training in rapid decision-making under such pressure helps to improve the team's reaction time and decision-making quality in real-life workplace situations.
Strategic analysis
Going it alone is not the best strategy! You need to plan a winning strategy based on each team member's specialties and current situation to ensure efficient completion of the course. Develop a strategy to execute the tactics and strengthen the horizontal collaboration of team members.
Effective Communication
Clear and effective communication is the key to success and a powerful tool to cope with all kinds of variables. Orienteering levels and time limits simulate the practice and improvement of communication skills in a high-pressure environment, and bring these experiences into the workplace to enhance overall team performance.

FAQ

Minimum 40 people, up to 500. All people are doing it at the same time.

Groups can be split up before the program starts. Each group consists of 4~8 people.

Orienteering activities can be held in city parks, zoos, cultural parks, forest recreation areas, etc. Please refer to the following venue suggestions:

**Provide meeting and accommodation for the venue

  1. For sportswear, choose breathable, moisture-wicking sportswear as much as possible to keep your body dry and cool.
  2. Athletic shoes and socks, usually with good grip and support, are suitable for all kinds of terrain.
  3. Wear a hat to protect your head from direct sunlight or rain.
  4. Please wear gloves to avoid abrasions if you are doing activities in forested areas.
  5. Carry a small backpack with an eco-friendly water bottle to stay hydrated.
