Boat Out Clean Creek is an innovative team building activity that combines canoeing experience, outdoor challenge and sustainability education. Through paddling, standing challenges, shoreline trash cleanup and ICC international classification records, team members are able to strengthen communication and coordination and build a sense of responsibility for accomplishing goals together. It also allows corporate teams to get out of the office, break away from their workplace roles in the real world, and get to know each other again to create a more connected organizational culture. At the same time, practicing the ESG spirit and translating CSR into concrete actions is one of the best choices for companies to promote the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

Boat-Based River Cleanup ProgramSuitable for small and medium-sized business teams (30-120 people), especially for departments or project teams that want to strengthen collaboration, build consensus and implement the ESG spirit. No outdoor experience is required, and professional coaches will lead the whole program.
The intensity of the program is a light outdoor experience with sufficient warm-up and safety briefing, suitable for general physical fitness. The whole program is accompanied by instructors and life-saving equipment, so safety is guaranteed.
It is possible! At the beginning of the activity, there will be on-shore operation teaching and safety drills, two people and one boat can work together, even if it is the first time to paddle a canoe can be completed smoothly, but through the cooperation can enhance the team tacit understanding.
The main activity period was about 3 hours, including: pre-trip briefing, canoeing instruction, team paddling challenge, stream bank cleanup and sorting record, as well as results review and reflection feedback session.
